A German Renaissance Roadshow

In 2019, Jouyssance kicked off a new tradition: celebrating Early Music Month (March) with free or low-cost outreach concerts around the Los Angeles region. This year we went to St. Cross in Hermosa Beach on March 30 and Harvey Mudd College in Claremont on March 31, bringing along our instrumentalist friends in the brand new ensemble Commercium Musicum.

An Angelic Twelfth Night

On January 5 & 6, 2019, Jouyssance presented a concert centered on Angels in early choral music, including works by Palestrina, Byrd, Lasso and more. Here is the program and some highlights from this program.
