Jouyssance examines the cycles of life as seen through the eyes of such composers as Weelkes, Josquin, Ockeghem, Dufay, and many other favorites. Josquin’s monumental Ave Maria/Pater noster, written as his own epitaph, and selections of the Victoria Requiem are highlights of this stirring program.
